Nucatoli are typical biscuits of Modica traditions, but of Arab and Spanish origins, composed by almonds, walnuts, figs and apricot jam. They are covered by a soft paste of flour, butter, sugar and egg yolk. Best before: 1 month from the date of manufacture, properly conserved.

Crust ingredients: soft wheat FLOUR 00, pasteurized EGGS, BUTTER, sugar, potato starch and water.

Filling ingredients: figs, candied orange peel, apricot jam, WALNUTS, ALMONDS, flavourings.

Produced in a lab that uses FLOUR AND POWDERED MILK.
