The “Aranciata” is a candy that is prepared during the Christmas period. Its shape is characteristic as it resembles a swallow’s nest.

Ingredients: orange peel, honey, sugar.

Shelf life: 18 months from its production.

Store in a tin or bag. In contact with the air, honey tends to melt.
