Brick of almond paste for a cool and delicious almond milk.

Ingredients: sugar, peeled almonds (24%), sorbitol E420, sorbic acid E200, vanilla, almond oil.

Directions: dissolve almond paste (with a blender) in one litre of water. It is a cold drink.

Keep in fridge 5 days (maximum). Remember to mix with a whisk before drink.

Pudding: add 90 g of wheat starch and bring to the boil. Pour into a pan or cake tin (like crème caramel), and keep in the fridge for a few hours.

Keep in a cool, dry place.

Almond paste: best before 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Produced in a lab that uses FLOUR, NUTS AND POWDERED MILK.
